Heather's Day Care (HDC) is a family-run child care center in Ohio, proudly providing high-quality child care services since 2008. Our Montessori-inspired, play-based programs encourage creativity and self-expression in children. As a Lead Teacher at HDC, you will play a vital role in nurturing young minds and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging space for children.

Support children's emotional and social development.

Adapt to different classrooms as needed, ensuring consistent care and education.

Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to promote a sense of community.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in child care, behavior management, curriculum development, and classroom management.

Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.

Ability to provide tutoring and early intervention when necessary.

Experience in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.

Pay: Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Hours: 7:30 AM -4:30 PM
