ETL Data Warehouse Lead/Manager

Swoon is actively hiring an ETL Data Warehouse Manager to join the team!
Are you a lead and trying to make the jump to a manager? This might be the role for you!
What will your day-to-day will look like?
Run ETL processes from applications to an enterprise data warehouse, as well as the ability to manage a team of technologies who maintain the database’s content and performance
Manage the day-to-day operations of the team responsible for administering the Redshift Enterprise Data Warehouse. Orchestrate the ETL jobs that feed the warehouse
Oversee intake of customer request for data warehouse additions and enrichments
Fiscal accountability for the warehouse and tools
What’s Required / Technical Skills
Experience implementing and supporting ETL jobs, including data ingestion, copy, enrichment, scheduling; on enterprise sales
Moving data using Snap Logic
familiarity with data integrations – Table copy, API, FTP, pub/sub
Experience in AWS and RedShift – Administering security in a relational database,
A proven leader who has led a table of database professionals, understanding each team member’s strengths and weaknesses
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree Required
5+ years of experience in data warehousing
2+ years of managerial experience or leading, coaching, training junior engineers

Job Title: Data Warehouse Manager
Direct-Hire – Full-Time Opportunity
Manager – will have 4 direct reports
Hybrid Role – 3 days a week on-site
Location: Tempe, AZ
Salary - $100,000 - $125,000 dependent on experience
US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder are required – (Sponsorship and C2C is NOT available currently or in the future)
