Location: On-site, Udhana Darwaja, Surat

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Facilitate onboarding & offboarding procedures.

Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

Previous experience in an HR role is a plus (Freshers can apply).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
