We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a solid understanding of construction management principles. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all contractual obligations.

Duties

Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution,

monitoring, and closure.

Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management

software.

Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.

Utilize Prolog for project documentation and reporting.

Implement effective time management strategies to meet deadlines.

Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate smooth

operations.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency

throughout the process.

Utilize Civil 3D for design-related tasks as needed.

Manage contracts effectively to ensure compliance with terms and

conditions.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager

Minimum 3 years experience with NYC public projects - School Construction

Authority (SCA)

OSHA SST 62

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of contract management principles.

Proficiency in project scheduling tools and software, including HeavyBid and other construction management software.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.

Familiarity with project coordination processes and methodologies.

Time management skills that enable you to prioritize tasks efficiently.

A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
