Here is what you will do:
Offers support in managing communications.
Provides administrative support to the Program/Delivery Manager, including:
Monitoring and validating project timesheets (effort validation, corrections, sending timesheets to customer for approval, and confirmation follow-up).
Supporting the invoicing process (maintaining accurate project milestones, preparing accruals, submitting milestones for payment, and tracking payment completion).
Managing resource allocation (task creation, forecast updates) and monitoring P&L (revenue forecasting, KPI tracking).
Overseeing ongoing project activities (ensuring PO validity and coverage, initiating PO extensions, and receipt of POs and signed SOWs).
Assists in the recruitment process for project-related roles by coordinating with the recruitment team, arranging customer interviews, and collecting feedback.
Ensures team members adhere to established procedures and processes.
Understands and implements organizational project policies and procedures.
Collaborates closely with team members.
Tracks project activities to ensure timely task completion.
Monitors project progress.
