Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified local bidders for the Provision of Promotional materials

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidder from the 04th April 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on . Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 18th April 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan francs and payment terms. Submit a delivery and warranty period, detailed company profile, RDB registration certificate, RSSB Clearance certificate, RRA Tax clearance certificate, proof of experience in the Provision of Promotional materials done elsewhere. Preselected bidders may be required to submit samples for approval.
