Service Coordinator Alright, just to be clear from the beginning, we're Coughlin Automotive, so this job is about automotive service, not boring old regular customer service.

If you're looking for one of those jobs where people call in, you answer their question, hang up and wait for the next call, this ain't the gig for you.

This job is about helping customers get their car service appointments coordinated (see what we did there?) and basically reminding folks that they're pretty behind on that oil change and let's get it scheduled so their car doesn't break down on 270 when they're late for work.

So, if you like: A healthy mix of inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling!) A competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commissions Doing a bit of sweet-talking to convince people to get their oil changed already Having a set schedule instead of never being able to plan ahead A pretty awesome manager A conveniently located office in Worthington Then you should probably come to work for us.
