The IT Manager will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, hotel management and guests in utilizing the technology that Hyatt makes available to achieve business objectives.
IT Manager will be responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading hardware, software, network devices, as well as overseeing other hotel-owned computer systems in accordance with Hyatt standards, as well as managing changes required by corporate and industry initiative to the components that make up the hotel's IT infrastructure. Using prescribed processes, procedures and protocols (Hyatt IT Standards), the Systems Manager employs measures to ensure the security, structure and integrity of the network and IT systems.
Responsible for managing the hotel's network infrastructure, servers and applications, as well as optimizing their performance. IT Manager will be responsible for performing maintenance and upgrades to the hotel's systems causing as little disruption as possible to the hotel's operations, as well as the respective data backups to allow for disaster recovery.
· 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
· Advanced English
· Bachelor's degree
· Experience in luxury hotels
· Strong communication and presentation skills
