General Summary

The ECS & LDAR Supervisor is responsible for oversight of field personnel conducting air monitoring and emissions measurement activities, performing equipment calibrations and maintenance, and collecting and organizing field data for air quality compliance and emissions assessment program.

Essential Job Functions

Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern.

Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values.

Plans, organizes, and controls assigned operations in accordance with guidelines and schedules established by the operations supervisor or Branch Manager.

Maintains total awareness of customer and company policies, regulations, and procedures. Ensures proper adherence to them with respect to contract operations.

Maintains close surveillance over operations to ensure proper use of manpower, skills, equipment, and facilities.

Provides training to field personnel assigned to perform LDAR activities.

Coordinates and participates in general administrative and technical activities such as cost reduction methods, communications, safety, housekeeping, and employee training.

Conducts and/or attends safety meetings to ensure safe practices at all times

Coordinates vacations for the hourly employees in accordance with requests

May perform field work on occasion and must exhibit proficient performance of all aspects of LDAR activities.

Perform routine field assessments and undetected observations of technician's field activities and work behaviors.

Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.

Properly uses and completes customer and company job related forms and paperwork.

Properly uses, cares for and maintains monitoring equipment and company vehicles.

Communicates and deals with customers and other parties in such a manner as to benefit the professional reputation of the company.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Three (3) or more year's previous experience in an industrial or plant environment preferred.

Travel Requirements: 0%-25%

Work Conditions

Position is based out of a branch or site location.

Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere

Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel

Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels

Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection

May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes

May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis

Physical and Mental Requirements

Extensive walking is required.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds in a backpack for extended periods of time.

Ability to climb and work at heights up to 250ft. with proper personal safety equipment.

Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively

Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permit the employee to perform routine office duties

Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations

Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells
