Duties Include
• Collect Freights, Custom duties/tariff, and other necessary document to calculate, allocate and reconcile import freight cost based on POs
• Analysis FOB and Estimated Landed Cost
• Assist in freight payments
• Assist in import document issuance
• Others import task as needed
• Filing import documents
Skills and Abilities
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent in Math and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Computer proficiency (especially in Excel)
• 1-2 years import / retail experience preferred
• Associate degree preferred
