Job Description-

• Perform 3D scanning of physical objects and environments using state-of-the-art 3D scanning equipment.

• Process and optimize scanned data to create accurate, high-resolution 3D models.

• Convert scanned data into usable formats for design, manufacturing, or analysis purposes.

• Perform quality control checks on 3D models to ensure accuracy and integrity.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D scanning equipment and design files.

• Provide technical expertise on the integration of 3D scanning data into design workflows.

• Stay up to date with advancements in 3D scanning technology and CAD software to continuously improve processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Knowledge with 3D scanning technologies (e.g., laser scanning, structured light scanning, photogrammetry).

• Proficiency in 3D CAD design software SolidWorks.

• Knowledge of reverse engineering and data processing methods for 3D scanning.

• Familiarity with file formats for 3D printing, CNC machining, and other manufacturing processes.
