Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Discovery, and Clinical Development, to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for digital initiatives and secure necessary resources.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives.

Budget Management: Oversee the digital innovation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
