Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Administrative Support Assistant to join our Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resourceful, problem solver, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support to global clients

* Handling client inquiries and requests from diverse cultural backgrounds

* Preparing and organizing account documentation, reports, and presentations

* Resolving client issues and concerns related to transactions in a timely and professional manner

* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

* Some limited travel maybe required

Other administrative tasks as:

* Organize and schedule appointments

* Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

* Update and maintain office policies and procedures

* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

* Maintain contact lists

* Book travel arrangements

* Submit and reconcile expense reports

* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

* Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements

Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
