What youll be doing:
Identify new market opportunities and plan for dealership growth in line with business goals
Lead the selection and onboarding of new dealerships
Monitor performance across the dealer network, addressing underperformance where needed
Conduct regular audits and make sure dealerships meet brand, service, and operational standards
Analyse market data and trends to support long-term network planning
Build strong relationships with dealers and act as a central point of contact for support and collaboration
Guide and support dealers on operational improvements, training, and customer experience
Work closely with dealers to ensure financial sustainability and profitability
Manage dealer agreements, renewals, and compliance with corporate policies
What were looking for:
A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
810 years experience in the automotive industry
35 years experience specifically in dealer network development or a similar role
Solid understanding of dealership operations, sales performance, and customer service delivery
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
