Maintenance Manager (Farm)

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our farm property just outside Pietermaritzburg.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, including managing a team of maintenance staff, scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property is kept in optimal condition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating the work of maintenance staff

Preparing maintenance schedules and allocating work

Inspecting facilities to determine maintenance needs

Ensuring all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget

Maintaining inventory of repair equipment and supplies

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of property maintenance practices.
