Job Description

Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood company, is the country's leading housing information provider, supplying accurate information to members of the building industry for over 30 years.

This Field Researcher position is a short-term, quarterly role. Field Researchers are responsible for driving through new residential subdivisions recording the building progress for every lot.

Research work is done over a 2 to 3 week period at the end of each quarter (every 90 days). During that time, the hours are flexible within the calendar week, Sunday through Saturday, 8AM – 6PM.

The pay rate is $15.00 per hour plus mileage.

Survey work will be completed in the following areas:

Cincinatti

Columbus

Cleveland

Qualified candidates will possess:

A Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Current automobile insurance

The ability to lift 20lbs

Attention to detail and detail orientation

Basic math skills

Ability to use GPS navigation systems and/or read maps
