Now Hiring: Maintenance Team Lead

Starting at $28+/hr

Location: New Holland, PA

Schedule: Full-Time 2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Allegiance Staffing is looking for qualified, mechanical maintenance leads for our client located in New Holland PA.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations

Oversee and execute preventative & predictive maintenance programs

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

Maintain detailed reports and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance

Manage maintenance inventory and accurate documentation

Communicate across shifts and departments, providing daily updates

What You Bring:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)

1+ year of leadership experience (in a maintenance setting preferred)

Strong skills in PLC troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems

Knowledge of fluid mechanics, ammonia refrigeration, heat transfer, and USDA/3A sanitary design (preferred)

Computer proficiency & experience with inventory control systems

Excellent communication skills – Bilingual a plus!
