Summary of the Position:
The aim of the position is to support the administrative and operational area of Human Capital Management throughout Germany.
In addition, the job holder will be fully responsible for office management in all German locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Capital Management:
Processing of personnel-related matters
Processing of contract creation & resignations
Drafting Contract Amendments
Preparation of references and certifications
Support with preparatory Payroll accounting
Contact person for employees on all personnel-related topics
Correspondence with the authorities, health insurance companies and insurers
Induction of new colleagues in Assistant Roles
In charge of the yearly Wellbeing week as well as of the Volunteer Day
Office Management:
Contact person in the office for employees and service providers (Suppliers, Building Management, etc.)
Ongoing office orders
Administration of the office and organization of the daily routine
Responsible for fleet management
Preparatory accounting of invoices and invoice control
Contact person for Company Health Provider / Office Doctor
Skills & Qualifications:
• First experience in human resources, especially personnel administration
• Independent and structured way of working
• Experience with various software programs
• Confident, self-assured and polite demeanor
• Very good MS Office skills
• Skills in conflict management
• High customer focus and a team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills as well as ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• High level of service orientation and hands-on mentality
• Business proficiency in German and English
