We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in financial analysis and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Accounting Manager and CFO by providing actionable financial insights, analysis, and forecasting. This exciting new role will allow the selected candidate to play a crucial part in developing and improving our accounting practices as well as leading the company's FP&A initiatives. Requirements:

Assist with month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting packages.

Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, identifying key variances, trends, and performance drivers such as gross profit, sales by customer, budget deviations, and inventory fluctuations, to support informed decision-making.

Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations as part of the monthly close process

Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes for improved accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Assist in acquisition and integrations of new add-on companies, including ERP system implementation.

Provide general support to the accounting team, assist with annual audit and undertake other tasks/projects as needed.
