Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist at Luck Counseling, LLC. The Therapist will be responsible for treatment planning, social work, case management, and individual, couple, and/or family therapy. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, providing mental health support, and offering individual and/or family therapy services, with the flexibility for some or all remote work. Clinical supervision is ONLY available for Residents in Counseling in Virginia. Insurance credentialing for licensed therapists and bonus opportunities are also available for all new hires.

In Luck Counseling, LLC is also looking for virtual Mental Health Therapists in Maryland. LCSW or LCPC required.

Qualifications

Treatment Planning and Case Management skills

Social Work and Family Therapy experience

Proficiency in Mental Health counseling

Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology.

Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia

Sign-on bonus for all new contractors within 60 days or after 10 client sessions.

Paid Insurance credentialing for licensed therapists (terms apply).

Pay Range depends on insurance reimbursement vs self pay, and can vary from $50 -$60 per hour for Residents in Counseling working under supervision to $70 - $120 per hour for Licensed therapists. Higher rate paid to doctoral level clinicians.Company Description
