Financial Analyst (On-site - Guadalajara based)

Responsibilities

Perform various month-end and year-end accounting close activities, including but not limited to preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Ensure financial information and schedules are accurate and maintained in accordance with US GAAP

Assist with preparing financial statements for dissemination to senior management and other third parties as needed

Perform various projects such as research, special projects, and analysis as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business or related field

3+ years of relevant accounting experience working for US company

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in US accounting

Highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software is a plus

Deep analytical skills and attention to detail; able to multi-task on multiple projects with varying deadlines

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
