HouseCalls-MD is a leading in-home primary care provider committed to delivering exceptional medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes or assisted living facilities. We specialize in serving geriatric patients and those with complex medical needs.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Medical Doctor (MD or DO)

Physician Assistant (PA)

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare providers to join our team and provide primary care to patients in assisted living facilities and home settings in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding area.

As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule while contributing to improved patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients in home and assisted living settings.

Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers.

Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to mid-level providers in the area, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards (for MDs only).

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree.

Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.

Active and unrestricted medical license in South Carolina.

Experience in in-home care or assisted living facility settings.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
