Salary: $25-$33 an hour

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinic Back Office Supervisor to join our team. We are a multi specialty clinic specializing in dermatology and plastic/ reconstruction surgery The Clinic Back Office supervisor will be responsible for assisting the physicians in all aspects of patient care, including performing treatments, monitoring patients' progress, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of medical assistants

Work with all providers to ensure quality control in the back office

Supervise day to day operations of the back office

Become a subject leader expert with Nextgen EHR

Prepares patients for dermatology and facial plastics visits and procedures

Assist physicians in various dermatology and facial plastics procedures

Accurately documents patient care and treatment plans in the electronic health record

Cleans and prepares treatment rooms for patient visits

Assists with patient follow-up and scheduling appointments

Performs other duties as assigned by the physician or clinic manager

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid LVN license or Medical assistant certification in the state of practice

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in dermatology or plastic surgery

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in the use of electronic health records
