Position Summary:
You will be expected to perform, among others, the following duties and responsibilities for this position:
Monthly reconciliations of Blackline balance sheet accounts.
Recording and analyzing expense accruals.
Monthly general ledger (GL) entries.
Maintaining fixed asset records.
Conducting an annual external audit.
Preparing financial statements.
Compliance with company policies and GAAP (IFRS/US GAAP): Ensure that the company's financial records under your responsibility are maintained in accordance with company policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including IFRS or US GAAP.
Collaborate on special projects and reports as assigned.
Experience required
This role requires a professional with solid experience in sectors such as Retail companies, auditing firms, the pharmaceutical sector, among others.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession
Minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational company
Experience in preparing audited financial statements
Audit management skills
Stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
English Level B1
SAP proficiency
Skills
Self-starter, results oriented, ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment and highly motivated
Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment and prioritize effectively
Ability to work effectively on cross functional activities and form solid business relationships across functions.
