Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree and 8+ years of related work experience
Strong analogue circuit design skills, and experience performing analysis and simulation of both linear
and non-linear circuits for power amplifiers and other related RF circuit blocks
Knowledge about CMOS and/or Bipolar Silicon technologies
Wireless communications knowledge: OFDM/OFDMA, 802.11, 4G and 5G
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Proficiency in Cadence schematic capture, layout and simulation tools
Experience in EM simulations using tools as EMX, RFPro/Momentum and/or HFSS
Proven track record in the design of power amplifiers for cellular or Wi-Fi applications
Desirable Skills and Experience:
12+ years of experience with Ph D degree is preferred
Experience with various PA linearization techniques including digital pre-distortion
Understanding and knowledge of concepts such as envelope tracking, tunable front-end
components, and impedance tuning
Lab experience to perform IC characterization and debugging
Knowledge of data analysis and proficiency software tools such as MATLAB and Python
