This is the heartbeat of our dealership where all of the customers first contact occurs over the phone.

Responsibilities:* Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.* Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule sales appointments.* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.* Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.* Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customers' needs are met.

Qualifications:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.* Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.* Positive attitude, team player, and a strong desire to succeed.
