Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Clerk role open with our client in Maitland, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
Handle AP functions including GL coding, processing (using 3 way matching) and reconciling invoices, weekly check runs, and processing expenses and petty cash reimbursements
Research and resolve any invoice issues
Experience
Minimum of two to three years of accounts payable (high volume invoice processing) experience required
Skills/Knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook required
Proficiency using accounting software required
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
Education
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
Work Hours/Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$20-24/hr.
