Key Responsibilities:

️ AP & AR Transactions – Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments

️ Bank Reconciliations – Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

️ Fixed Asset Management – Track acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules

️ Journal Entries & General Ledger Support – Maintain financial integrity with accurate postings

️ Month-End Closing – Assist with reconciliations and financial statement preparation

️ Credit Card Expenditures – Analyze, record, and allocate expenses correctly

️ Audit Support – Prepare financial documentation for external auditors

️ Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Gather and analyze data to support decision-making

️ Vendor & Customer Inquiries – Assist with financial transaction resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience in accounting (Consumer Products industry experience preferred)

Proficiency in accounting software & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
