Job Responsibilities:
️ Handle inbound calls to assist customers with transportation scheduling and inquiries
️ Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
️ Accurately document customer interactions and follow compliance protocols
️ Navigate multiple systems efficiently to support customer needs

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and compatible computer setup
Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
