Responsibilities of the job
To ensure smooth and planned offloading of trucks within 24 hours of arrival at the mines
To ensure that a full set of stamped Proof Delivery (POD) is sent through to project/transit controllers within 24 hours
To ensure that trucks are loaded 24 hours from the day they are available on site for loading
To ensure that all trucks are within legal weight limits (axle and GVM) before dispatch from the mines
To ensure that the cargo on every truck is well secured before dispatch from site
To ensure that drivers have proper truck documentation and signage before dispatch
To ensure that all trucks are in convoy and are being escorted at the time of dispatch
Candidate's requirements
High School (A level) or equivalent
Min. 3 years of professional experience
English, Swahili and French speaker
Residing in Lubumbashi for Lubumbashi role
Residing in Kolwezi for Kolwezi role
Basic computing skills
Eloquent in speech
