Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, workstations, and network devices.

Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure optimal operation.

Document technical procedures, solutions, and updates to the knowledge base for team reference.

Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.

Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings for various applications and systems.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers for problem resolution and system upgrades.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve technical support processes.
