Responsibilities
Incident Triage: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming alerts and tickets, rapidly diagnosing issues in OMS, Counts, EMP, ECS, or related systems.
Hotfix Deployment: Coordinate with Engineer Director and development teams to deploy production hotfixes, ensuring minimal disruption.
Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate and document incidents, providing immediate resolutions and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, product teams, QA, and other technology staff to expedite solutions and maintain transparency.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of runbooks, SOPs, and documentation to streamline production operations.
Shared Support Coverage: Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours support alongside a team of peers.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in Production Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
Proven ability to troubleshoot web application stacks
o Angular, Node.js, React.js, Vue.js
o At least 2+ years of experience with PHP MVC frameworks (Codeigniter, Laravel, Symphony, Yii, etc)
o MySQL/MariaDB
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Proficiency in incident management and root-cause analysis in distributed systems.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, ELK, PagerDuty), logging, and alerting best practices.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.
Basic scripting abilities (Bash, Python) for automating routine tasks.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Exposure to digital marketing or ESP (Email Service Provider) platforms.
Experience optimizing performance in high-traffic, data-intensive environments.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and advanced cloud services (BigQuery, Dataflow).
Experience implementing ITIL or other service management frameworks.
