Human Resources Business Partner

We are currently assisting our client with a Human Resources Business Partner search in the Cleveland, OH area. Reporting to the VP of HR, this is a highly visible position where a successful candidate will possess the ability to lead through influence and play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR and Operations Leadership Team to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results

Identify high-performing, high potential individuals to help build plant bench strength and succession planning

Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, attracting and retaining a talented and skilled workforce

Lead and execute programs through local leadership and the Human Resources Managers that builds and sustains a culture of high employee engagement and sense of belonging

Research and identify strategic opportunities that positions compensation programs and practices as a competitive advantage

Partner with senior operational management on the development and implementation of employee communications plans and programs across the operation

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business related degree, Master's preferred

Ideally 10+ years of experience in strategic and operational HR roles

3+ years of management experience

Travel as needed

Total Compensation:

Commensurate with experience
