What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid digital media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and more.

Manage and enhance website content and campaign landing pages, ensuring a consistent brand voice, engaging user experience, and SEO best practices.

Oversee location data accuracy across all digital channels, including Google Business Profiles, Yelp, brand websites, and third-party listings.

Monitor and respond to online reviews, surfacing key insights and collaborating with internal teams to address recurring feedback.

Lead digital execution for seasonal promotions and local campaigns, brainstorming and implementing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.

Support the launch and optimization of new restaurant location pages and digital listings, ensuring they align with brand standards and go live on schedule.

Partner with the Director of Marketing to analyze digital performance, report on KPIs, and identify areas for improvement across platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across platforms and tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, analytics, ad platforms, etc.).

Contribute to SEO/SEM strategy, working to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Stay nimble and proactive in supporting digital projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media (Google Ads, Meta), SEO/SEM, and web content management.

Proven success managing performance-driven ad campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.

Experience maintaining and optimizing websites and campaign pages for UX, SEO, and brand consistency.

Familiarity with local listings management and third-party platforms (Google Business Profiles, Yelp, etc.).

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and action.

Highly organized with excellent time management, project coordination, and attention to detail.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.

A proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and shifting priorities.

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or multi-location brand marketing is a plus.
