Job Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain configuration management procedures & processes
Manage source for engineering data (i.e. specs, drawings, models, BOMs, Master Routers, etc.)
Manage Configuration Control team
Manage the contract review process
Administer the PLM System
Oversee & review engineering change data to ensure compliance
Implement change control & data management processes
Support data migration projects
Support regular data audits
Develop & maintain collab sites (i.e. SharePoint)
Support project teams
Create reports as needed
Support process improvement projects
Share weekly KPI performance metrics
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar highly preferred
10+ years of relevant industry experience – must have Aerospace/Defense experience
3+ years of managerial experience
Strong knowledge of engineering specs & quality requirements
Excellent understanding of change control processes
Experience with best practices, kaizen events, lean & quality tools/techniques
Experience in data migration & electronic data management
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
