ComResource is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, Technical Manager.

We need someone to assist in providing business and HR leadership to designated divisions, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct HR strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

Partner with division management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Act as a liaison for staff, addressing concerns, improving engagement, and fostering retention.

Design and implement HR programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Develop and report HR metrics to support business decision-making.

Manage company-wide HR projects and initiatives driving structural and cultural improvements.

Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop policies, compensation structures, and retention strategies.

Provide coaching, training, and development support to leaders.

Lead compensation analysis and job evaluations to ensure market competitiveness.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

Essentials:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

10+ years of HR experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Strong communication and advisory skills, including experience working with senior management.

Ability to influence, build relationships, and provide strategic HR guidance.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Desired:

SPHR, PHR, or relevant HR certifications.

Experience supporting a Technology division as an HR Business Partner.

Background in talent development, change management, and organizational design.

Experience working with highly technical professionals and diverse workforces.

Ability to develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with business goals.

This role is based in Columbus, Ohio, and requires a hands-on, strategic HR professional to drive success within the organization.
