Job Duties:
• Help in the preparation and design of all food menus
• Prepare, assemble, close and steam the dumplings
• Prepare and design Chinese soup and Chinese petit fours
• Work from a show kitchen and thus must maintain a clean, groomedandprofessional appearance
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets ourqualitystandards
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control ofanyproblematic situation
• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
Other Requirements:
Able to cook Chinese food
6 years' working experience as a chef or related position
Minimum Education: None
Training : None
Salary : $46800 - $46801 yearly
Duration : Full Time Regular
Hours per week: 40
Start Date : 7/1/2025
No travel required.
