We’re Hiring: Test Engineering Manager

We’re seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead our team of 4-6 engineers in developing and optimizing automated testing infrastructure for cutting-edge RF technology, optoelectronics, and manufacturing processes. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration to drive innovation in semiconductor technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a talented team and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Develop infrastructure for DC, RF, and reliability automated testing.

Troubleshoot and optimize advanced technologies like pHEMT, HFET, HBT, GaN HEMT, and optoelectronic devices.

Manage testing data systems, collaborate on data analysis, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

PhD/MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

7–10 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience (preferred).

Expertise in automated testing and semiconductor processes.

Strong leadership and analytical skills.
