Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a registered Patent Agent or Technology Specialist. The Patent Agent/Specialist will be responsible for patent preparation, patent applications, patent law, patentability, IP due diligence and patent searching. Candidates will work with attorneys, patent agents and technical specialists, analyzing technical documents, patent applications and patents. Experience in some of; electronics, semiconductors, circuits, software, AI, machine learning, wireless communications. Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, Physics, Software or similar.

Qualifications

Patent Preparation, Patent Applications, and Patent Law skills

Patentability and Patent Searching skills

Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related.

Industry experience a plus.

USPTO registration a plus.
