Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Technical Lead to join our IT team. This role involves delivering application services, data migration, and integrations within the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business units throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding to implementation and post-go-live support, including project management assistance.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).
7+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation in a technical lead role, covering data migration and integrations.
Expertise in designing and configuring integrations using business events, Electronic Reporting, LogicApps, and similar tools.
Proven experience leading at least two full-cycle implementations.
Proficiency in DevOps and D365FO LCS (admin level).
Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices within Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations.
Experience with Lasernet Output Document Design or equivalent tools such as Docentric.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Customization & Configuration, ISV, Workflows, JavaScript).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Desirable:
Knowledge of Roles & Permissions in D365FO.
Experience in the Distribution industry.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Certification.
Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian or German.

Location & Travel
This position is based in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, or Sevilla, with the option to work remotely up to 30% of the time. The role requires frequent travel across Europe.
