Job Title: CNC Machinist – Milling (2nd Shift)

Location: Willoughby, OH

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Description:

Inova Staffing has a client in Willoughby seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with milling experience to join their 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC milling machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring precision in machining operations. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling machines.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tight tolerances.

Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and ensure quality output.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Qualifications:

Previous experience as a CNC Machinist with milling required.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
