Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES

Lead the team in your department.

Promote a culture of trust, teamwork, and excellence.

Communicate information from Manufacturing Leader to your team.

Set expectations for team members daily.

Promote a safe work environment.

Share resources, team members, and work with other leaders as needed.

Serve as first point of contact for team member issues.

Develop team members by

providing positive feedback and constructive criticism

assisting other department leaders with evaluations

assigning projects that will help improve skills and product knowledge.

Inspect completed projects and work with QC team mates to ensure high quality.

Recognize problems and respond to them in a positive way.

Give your best effort to meet job deadlines; be willing to work extra when needed.

Promote clean work environment and PPE.

All other duties assigned.
