Key Accountabilities:
Effectively execute PR to PO process at site as SOP
Coordination with other departments for understanding the requirement and discussing with vendor
Procurement activities related to Inquiry floating, preparing TBA & CBA of offers received from vendors, creating orders in ERP and releasing orders to vendors.
Follow-up with vendor for material delivery.
Logistics follow-ups and co-ordination with store and account department for payment process.
Understanding the requirement and arranging alternative which is cost effective.
Preparing MIS Reports as per requirement of management within the given deadline
Key Competencies Requirements
Must have experience in working in Purchase department and also have Negotiation & Analytical Skill.
Must be able to co-ordinate with other functional people and plant people for getting necessary details
Must have very good control over MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Power Point
Must believe in giving results and follow SOP in procurement process
Key Competencies :
Must have experience in working in Purchase department with key skills like Negotiation, supplier development and supplier evaluation & others.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with the relevant functions like Engg., manufacturing to help clearly define purchasing
Defining and maintaining appropriate levels of inventory at plant based on production plan.
Must have very good control over MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Power Point
Must believe in giving results and follow SOP in procurement process
Understanding of procurement processes and ability to follow RIPL purchase guidelines and global directives.
Qualifiction: BE
Experience: minimum 5 years
