The Job
What You’ll Do:
Lead the entire recruitment process—from posting job listings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, JazzHR, Indeed, and other recruiting tools to attract and engage top behavioral health professionals.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, C-level executives, and multiple departments to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Write and refine job descriptions to attract the right candidates while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, keeping hiring timelines on track without sacrificing quality.
Communicate clearly and professionally with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
