The Contract Compliance Sr Analyst focuses on effectively managing compliance against obligations in complex Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) Services delivery contracts. This role enforces policies and planning programs to ensure compliance. Additionally, it will maintain detailed records of all company contracts, allowing them to manage contractual issues, disputes, and negotiations. It ensures organization functions follow all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Responsible for organization and implementation of compliance audits. Performs or manages daily compliance risk identification, inspection and reporting. Supports the development and implementation of both domestic and international preventative measures and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive corrective action plans as necessary
Create, modify, update and implement policies to support compliance adherence
Develop risk management strategies.
Liaise with Client Executives and Delivery Executives to ensure that all account operations are in line with contractual obligations
Advise management on operations relating to investment, risks and any other policy development
Oversee contractual compliance across all managed services accounts
Designing and managing control systems to deal with compliance violations
Delivering employee training on Contractual Compliance issues
Keeping abreast of industry standards within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices to ensure contractual compliance control
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field
8+ years of direct experience in the management of multi-service ITO contracts
3+ years of applied experience operating in a compliance organization
Strong proficiency in interpreting contractual language
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
