A Food and Beverage Attendant affects every Guest experience with our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes. We always deliver an experience that will exceed our Guests' food, beverage, and culinary expectations.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, in-hotel cafes, and room service. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds customer expectations. Other responsibilities include;

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience

Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and dietary needs with professionalism and courtesy

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests

Relay orders to the kitchen and bar efficiently

Ensure timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to guests

Set up and maintain clean, organized, and well-presented tables and dining areas

Clear and reset tables promptly after guests have finished

Monitor tables and attend to any guest needs promptly

Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, with adherence to hotel standards and regulations

Maintain knowledge of the menu, including wine pairings and cocktail ingredients

Ensure that all food and beverages are served at the correct temperature and presentation

Address any issues or complaints from guests promptly, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary

Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other attendants to ensure seamless service.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and notify management of any shortages

Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices

Follow hotel policies and procedures, including those related to alcohol service and guest privacy

Promote and upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue

Inform guests of any special offers, menu changes, or upcoming events

Cash handling experience
