Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensure that the existing vehicles comply to the domestic standards, rules and regulations.Liasioning with ARAI / VRDE for COP tests.Vehicle preparation for ARAI/VRDE selection before final COP testing.Preparing Annual / Half Yearly Plan for COP test and updating the plan as per new model launches.Identify non conformity, variance/gap and get it analyzed from the experts and corrective actions implemented.Maintain records and reports related to the checks implemented and he has to work for improvement (move from emission band V3 to V1.Self-certification activities done for the export models.Understand and ensure compliance of the audit requirements of RDW (Audit Agency, Netherland.Coordinate with homologation team to conduct model wise test.Liaison with various test agencies and get audit and test done within stipulated time and periodicity.Conduct Vehicle / system related tests - coordinate with test agencies (ARAI,CIRT etc.) braking efficiency tests, head lamp test on completed build vehicle
