As an Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting Developer, you are responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools. This role is responsible for the full project life-cycle implementation of reporting solutions, monitoring existing reports and outbound data integrations for Oracle Cloud, and leading the design, development, testing, and maintenance of new reports. You will work with project teams and be a valuable partner to clients on requirements, outlining the solution and meeting key deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate existing reports and define scope and estimates for report development work
Gather report requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud functionality
Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops, identify functionality gaps, analyze requirements, and architect solutions
Create and maintain design documents for reporting
Develop, support, and document Oracle Cloud HCM reports using Oracle reporting tools
Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting various reports and data extracts
Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, developing and executing test scripts
Assist in identifying, developing, and implementing automation strategies for reports
Lead migration of reports to Production
Support quarterly upgrades to Oracle Cloud by assessing its impact on reports
Provide technical direction and expertise related to reporting strategies
Maintain expert-level skills in Oracle Reporting tools
Maintain current knowledge of Oracle quarterly product updates and impact on reports
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in a Technical Reporting role
Technical project experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting tools
Technical hands-on project experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle Fusion through a full life-cycle project
Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher
Business knowledge of HCM
Data Mapping and Reporting
Integration Outbound Extracts (OTBI and BI Publisher)
Maintain current knowledge of Oracle quarterly product updates and impact
Expert SQL skills
Implementation experience
Ability to work on all project phases including production support
Healthcare, Commercial and/or Public Sector background is a plus
Travel to clients sites as needed - not a 100% remote position
CONSULTING SKILLS
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred
Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
Builds confidence and trust with clients
Displays effective analytical skills
