Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Helper is responsible for cleaning inside buildings and maintaining the outside ground maintenance at the facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain grounds maintenance around the facilities by weedeating, killing weeds with chemicals and picking up trash

Clean and disinfect designated building areas which includes dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and restroom cleaning

Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities

Perform heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Make adjustments and/or minor repairs

Stock and maintain supply room inventories

Cooperate with other department staff

Obey and follow all safety rules and policies

Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE)

Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent education

Basic written and verbal communication skills

Must have the ability to perform work accurately

Must be reliable and have good time management skills

For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen

For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
