Job Description
Sharples, a leading laser die manufacturer, is seeking a very strong Customer Service Representative with a manufacturing background that will assist with daily quoting and ordering within a business-to-business market. Sharples is looking for a self-motivated candidate to learn and grow within our expanding organization. The Customer Service Representative role will report directly to the General Manager and will work with Account Managers to service our customers at a high level of service. The job is based on site at the North Attleboro location Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Customer Service Representative: A liaison to our clients, which includes customer service and technical communications.
· Expedite status updates and requests from customers while ensuring accuracy.
· Respond in a timely way with quotes, orders and client inquiries.
· Work with Plant personnel to expedite orders to meet customer demands.
· Calculates Costing and pricing.
· Coordinate with the General Manager and Account Managers to maximize sales within an account.
· Review quality specifications and requirements.
· Other activities as assigned.
Qualifications
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to read mechanical drawings
· Ability to be a team player
· Experience in the die-cutting, printing or packaging industry is a plus
